Using this website
By using tkglass.co.nz you agree to these terms. The site and the 3D designer are provided by TK Glass Limited, trading as TK Glass NZ.
Designs and quotes
The designer is a guide. Panel sizes, counts and drawings are concept designs, not a quote or an offer. Your price is confirmed in a written quote from us after we have checked your site, measured it and confirmed the design meets the Building Code and the system’s engineering. We may decline or change a design that does not comply.
Quotes and work
Work goes ahead only on a written quote you accept. Payment terms, lead times and conditions are set out in that quote.
Warranty
Glass carries a 10-year warranty and hardware a 2-year warranty from installation, as set out in your quote. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected.
Your content
If you upload photos or plans, you confirm you are allowed to share them with us, and you allow us to use them to prepare and carry out your project.
Our content
Photos, drawings, text and the design tool on this site belong to TK Glass NZ. Please don’t copy them or use the designer to prepare work for anyone else.
Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate, but we are not liable for decisions made on a concept design before our written quote. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by New Zealand law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown.
