Who we are
TK Glass Limited, trading as TK Glass NZ (NZBN 9429052365089), installs glass balustrades, pool fences and aluminium fencing. This policy explains what we do with information you give us through tkglass.co.nz. It follows the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
When you send a design we collect your name, email address, phone number, site address, any notes, and any photos or plans you attach, together with the design itself (layout, lengths, system and options). We also record basic, anonymous usage information such as which pages are viewed and whether a design was sent, so we can improve the site.
Why we collect it
To email you a copy of your design, to prepare your proposal and quote, to contact you about your project, to arrange a site measure and installation, and to keep a record of the work. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry.
Who sees it
When you send a design, our website (hosted on Cloudflare) emails it to our team and emails you a copy, through Resend, an email-delivery service. When you open the design tool, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a person and not an automated program, using basic information about your browser. Google Analytics and Google Ads measure visits and enquiries without identifying you by name. These providers may store information outside New Zealand; we choose providers with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them for your project and our business records, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@tkglass.co.nz and we will respond within 20 working days. If you are unhappy with our response you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block cookies in your browser; the design tool still works.
